Our sessions...
What happens in a psychology session?
Sessions last 60 minutes.
If you are unsure if therapy is the right step for you then I can offer an initial assessment where you can talk to me online and see if this is what you want. This will still cost the price of a full session as I am unable to provide reduced rate sessions.
In sessions, I will use a combination of therapies including EMDR and/or CBT as well as further techniques that I learned in my training as a psychologist.
What is the advantage of having a psychologist?
I have a wide range of experience in mental health, generally starting with my experiences working on the hospital wards as a nurse. I have added to that experience with my other training and my doctoral qualification in psychology means that I have a wide range of tools available to use when working with clients so that the whole treatment is holistic.
